Third-Party Services (Processors/Sub-processors)
NFCWorld.eu does not sell or trade personal data. Data is shared only when necessary with trusted third-party processors acting on our instructions and bound by data processing agreements (DPAs) in compliance with GDPR.
- Payment processing: Mollie B.V. (EU) – handles payments and refunds.
- Shipping & logistics: Carriers such as PostNL, DHL, and UPS for delivering products and providing tracking.
- Hosting & Infrastructure: Hetzner Online GmbH – secure hosting, databases, and backups. DPA available upon request.
- Content Delivery & Media Storage: Bunny.net (EU/US) – CDN, caching, and file storage of media assets; may process IP addresses and media requests.
- Google Services: Analytics, Ads, and reCAPTCHA for analytics, advertising performance, and security features.
- hCaptcha: Used as an anti-bot and spam-prevention service; may process IP addresses and form interaction data.
- Email Services: Transactional messages (order updates, password resets) via Hostinger SMTP (PHPMailer) and equivalent infrastructure.
- Translation: DeepL SE (Germany) – automatic translation for multilingual support (EU-based, GDPR compliant).
- CMS & Plugins: WordPress core and required plugins for webshop functionality.
- Sendigo File Upload: Enables secure file uploads and views per order; processed only within our own infrastructure.
- Seraphinite Accelerator: Performance optimization and caching; may process IP addresses.
- NFCWorld Internal Plugins: Self-developed internal features; no data shared externally.
